Refunds

Return Eligibility

 * Timeframe: You must request a return or refund within 7 days of the delivery date. After this period, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

 * Condition: The container must be returned in the exact condition in which it was delivered. It must not have been modified, used, or damaged in any way by the customer.

 * Documentation: You must provide your original proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

How to Request a Return

 * Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@containerport.shop within the 7-day return window. You will need to provide your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

 * Inspection and Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to prepare the container for return and arrange for its collection.

 * Return Shipping: We are responsible for all costs associated with returning the container, including transportation and logistics fees. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a pickup. Your refund will be processed within 7 days after being approved.

Refunds

 * Processing: Once we receive the returned container and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

 * Method: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

 * Deductions: The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additionally, any costs incurred for the return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

 * Timeline: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

 * Containers that have been modified.

 * Containers with damage not noted at the time of delivery.

 * Containers for which a return request was made more than 7 days after the delivery date.
